  • My tip that works for me: 1. Compete with some friends (safe). Nothing gets your program going like competition. 2. I eat 1600 calories a day with a focus on High Protein breakfast (eggs, turkey sausage), Fruits for lunch, regular/portioned dinner. I eat what I want as long as I get 1600 or less.
