Nice work! I switched to Paleo at the end of December and I have been feeling great! I'm going to send you a friend request because I could always use a Paleo buddy, I currently don't have any right now.

Thank you. I guess if I do it, I'll find out if I need a rest day or not. haha.

I see a lot of my friends on MFP talking about it, and this is probably a stupid question, but what is it exactly? I just Googled it and I see that's it's a Jillian Michael's video, but there are three levels. How do those work and when do you switch levels?

Folding baby laundry! It's like trying to fold up origami and it's so time consuming. By the time you get a hamper full you have about 40 little pieces!

Thanks for all the advice, and suggestions everyone. I will definitely take everything into consideration. Happy losing everyone!

Awesome! Thank you for the suggestions!! I will definitely look into the Ezekiel bread. I appreciate your response in that you actually answered my question rather than criticizing me on how I choose to lose weight.

Thank you for the positive words! I was just looking for some better food suggestions because I like to go out on Saturdays to eat and I was wondering what people chose if they decided to splurge or not. I'm definitely happy with my results so far and I feel like this is working for me. I clearly don't want to choose…

Okay, correction folks, when I said cheat day, I meant cheat meal. And also, no one is suggesting anything or answering my questions..
-
Thank you for the suggestion! I'll definitely consider that.

It is definitely a lifestyle change for me, not so much of a diet. I am just trying to get in a good mind set and a better habit of eating well, and I feel that my cheat day prevents me from saying the heck with it and go back to eating like that three square meals a day. I am already finding myself picking the better…

The first week of my diet change was definitely the hardest because I had a constant headache, which I'm guessing is related to a lot of the processed foods I was eating, but afterwards, I have to say I couldn't feel any better. I just try and plan my meals accordingly to where they aren't bland or boring and half the time…

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I usually only do one meal for my cheat day, but I saw how many calories were in one dinner roll and now I don't even want to eat them. Haha I'd rather have none if I can only have one.

Mixed nuts or a trail mix of some sort? I like to coin up a banana and melt chocolate and dip them in that and refrigerate them to harden the chocolate. I use "enjoy" chocolate chips which are gluten, dairy, soy and nut free. Its about 300 calories for a quarter cup of melted chips and then about another 100 for a banana.…

I'd lie if I didn't say that breastfeeding definitely helped me lose what I have so far. Besides that, I have been slowly switching to the paleo lifestyle and that has definitely helped me drop a few as well. Whenever I have the free time I just walk. That's about all I have done so far.

Thanks everyone! I look forward to seeing everyone everyday on here. It will be nice to have some friends I can follow now.
-
Thanks! I added you!

That is awesome! I'm 6 pounds shy of losing a total of 50, I can't wait to get there!

I'm looking for friends and encouragement as well. So please add me!
