Spinach wrap, with tuscan hummus, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, swiss, chicken and sriracha with a side of pickles. The best 250 calories ever.

Donuts and pastries. They just send me into a downward spiral and next thing I know I'm trying to eat anything sugary or buttery to try and make up for it. So then one day worth of treats turns into a week worth of struggles trying to get back on track.
