I chose a gym which has a free creche so I go every morning, stick my daughter in there and gym time is go-go! Usually go straight from dropping the older one off at school. 5647 so far in July, now to keep it up! Never feel bad about any exercise you have done, simply by doing some you're doing vastly better than a large percentage of the worlds population and each minute helps towards improving your health and fitness. Well done everyone!!

Maybe I should try and persuade her to go in her back carrier and cart her around the city that way. I bet walking uphill through the centre of Sydney with a 17kg weight on my back would burn a few, could try to convince the 5yo to sit in the pushchair and push a 27kg weight as well! We added a team member from another boats highest burned calorie count to our total for the 5th July. I went for the EvilFlying Monkeys Boat as they seemed to be having consistently high burns and we were rewarded with 1162 calories extra making our total for the 5th 144.96 miles travelled. Well done!

static for me this week. No loss no gain. Pretty peeved about it tbh, worked out 6 days burning 600-1000 each day, kept under on calories, cut out all chocolate and carbonated drinks, upped the water and still nothing happens. Bah.
