Bottom line.. how bad do you want it...you are capable of great things. Invest in yourself. Do research, find a way by all means necessary. Learn what the value of foods you eat. Cardio/hitt burns fat..the pills do very little if anything, you have to have low body fat to see if the pills have any effect.. oxymoron huh..so get out there and burn some fat thru cardio...avoid the supplement trap.
