I am having trouble with this too. I am trying to eat as clean as possible considering I eat cafeteria food. I'm a Graduate student on a scholarship and all that. I am also trying to get rid of a 100 pounds. I have found that surrounding yourself with people who want you to succeed is the best. i hope to find that here, after all we already know our struggles from an insider's point of view.

Hi, there Kudos on desiring a change for yourself. That is where most people make mistakes. I am here because I want to change the way I feel about myself too and I have discovered that the thing you need the most is support.
