When I wanted a third breakfast, she said no way, two's her limit :(

I would suggest two things. - take digestive enzymes - you are likely sodium deficient. Your body needs sodium especially when you're training 6 days/wk. You should be getting lots of potassium from the vegetables, but you need a proper balance with sodium or you will retain water. Google Hyponatremia, bloating is a…

Deadlifts will work your whole posterior chain including your glutes. Romanian deadlifts will more directly target the glutes and hamstrings. Good luck.

A giant ball of used dental floss that she's been collecting since childhood. It's kind of disgusting....but at least she has no cavities :D

Buy a steak, a cheap tough one. Place it on tinfoil, sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top, and wrap the tinfoil up leaving some space on top for the steam. Seal tightly with the seam on top. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for couple of hours. Will come out very tender. Lots of sodium in the soup mix if that's a concern.…

Is the movement on the machine a straight line perpendicular to your chest or do the handles move inwards as you press? If you're pressing straight there will be more triceps involvement. If you're pressing and your hands move inwards (closer together) during the movement you will better engage your chest. Might also be…

I understood what he was saying and wasn't disagreeing with anything he said. Just trying to make it clear to those that don't have a clear concept of the different training styles that there are different guidelines for different objectives. And yes, blanket statements are rarely a good idea to make.

I know, I was just pointing out where I think the different opinions were coming from. You correctly listed a group of athletes that train with an extremely high frequency, but a lot of people on here wouldn't realize those are strength/power sports. Just trying to clarify that for body builders the general rule would be…
-
I think the disagreement here is stemming from different training objectives. Strength athletes train at much higher frequency because they're not training high volume and taking sets to failure. Bodybuilders won't normally train the same body part until it has recovered because they are seeking growth not strength. High…

Probably should change your thread title to something like "tips to make weight loss easier" or something to avoid confusion. For me most important is to have a quick protein source available at all times. I precook 40lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts at a time. Take fresh, unfrozen breasts and coat with extra…
