Pre bed - very slow digesting protein source - cottage cheese, flavoured with either small amount of sugar free yogurt, or pure cocoa and Splenda - Casein protein powder

It's not as simple as protein equals protein. Most bars use cheap protein sources and are a poor choice. Don't be misled by the bars big bold print saying X grams of protein. Read the ingredient label. Find one where the first ingredient listed is whey protein, concentrate, or isolate.

20 eggs isn't really that much over the course of a day...one sitting that's another story. If you split that over 6-7 meals I doubt you'll lose your egg desire, I'd be more worried that you will want to keep going on a regular basis :)

She said for the day. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies wouldn't even remotely be an issue, neither would no carbs. OP if you like eggs that much go for it.

No kidding...he must be the luckiest guy on MFP!

Incredible, that's the exact same date that I found my dream girl....haven't stopped smiling since then. :D

Is there a small broom closet at work where you could accidentally lock her in with nothing but water for a week or so...might settle the argument.

I lifted for many years on carpet before swapping it all out to rubber matting. It will be fine as is.

Had socks on, thought I was good to go...sorry.
-
Very nice. Looked like you still had lots left in reserve too. :)

Most Preworkouts have stimulants like caffeine. Your body will develop a tolerance to the stims so yes it's a good idea to cycle their use or you're left to keep increasing the dosage to get the same effect. However, creatine doesn't lose effectiveness over time, training uses it up and it is beneficial to replace it. If…

Whey protein is beneficial even if you're not a hardcore athlete or bodybuilder. If you're trying to lose fat whey protein will help you stay on diet because it helps to blunt hunger. First thing in the morning and post workout are fairly universally accepted everywhere (except on MFP). Also absolutely no need to cycle…

Well...I DID promise you an exciting first date didn't I?

Not quite Wpg, but close enough.

To be honest your wasting your time looking for answers here. You will get responses like doesn't matter 2 meals or 6 and other nonsense. And an apple and coffee for breakfast? Seriously? Go to a body building site for advice. Just be cognizant of where the advice is coming from, the rules for an enhanced BBer are going to…

I second this. Of course elliptical training is cardio. I hope your husband is either good looking or wealthy....cause he's somewhat lacking in the intelligence department. Just kidding...kind of. :D

I'm liking you more and more everyday. :D

Trade for steak and egg breakfast?

Well then, you could just stop turning down all my offers to send you my collection of naughty tight short pics. ;)

Last I bought was smartpowders.com , 400gram for about $12-14 US. Truenutrition.com had it too, any bulk supplement site should. It mixes ok in water, I just add it to about an ounce or two of water in a glass and shoot it back. Doesn't taste good, don't add to a beverage. If hits faster than tabs, about 10-15 minutes tops…

As a training tool pure caffeine is much more effective than coffee. Sorry I don't quote studies, Google it if you're interested.

At home or a commercial gym it's compression shorts for me. I'm lifting and am only concerned with comfort and performance. I could care less what other men think, they have a problem with it they are welcome to bring it to my attention, but no one ever has. Woman can look or not, that's their choice not mine.

Seriously this censoring is ridiculous. Ok not *kitten*...let's go with poop.
-
Sigh...just like most threads on MFP. OP poses a serious question, thread gets jacked, it all goes to *kitten*. Lol. Hey, dbmata, pick up yourself some caffeine powder, not as convenient as pills but it's dirt cheap. A pound jug should last you a week at least. :D

I've found these the best of the bunch for cheap calipers. Sequoia Fitness Products USA Warrior Digital Body Fat/Mass Caliper Amazon has them for about $25. I don't think they give a true body fat measurement, always reads low IMO, but as long as you're consistent they are useful in tracking mm of body fat so you know if…
