should I change my active lifestyle from active to light active? I am a student and walk a lot thoughout the day going from class to class, and I work out. Also I thought switching up to more weight resistance instead of doing body weight exercises.

My dairy is public now., sorry. My daily caloric goal is 2200 calories/day. I usually have around 300-500 calories left at the end of the day. I don't think that is a bad number. I eat three meals a day and snack throughout on fruit and other things like yogurt. Oh and the 300-500 calories is after I put in my daily…
