You actually controlled your weight pretty well you only gained 6 o.o .. looks like your trying to stop weight gain before them 6 turn into 12lbs then 18 and so on .. now that your back looks like your gonna take back control of ur weight Health/life GL :)

1 Cheat day for me turned into 5 days :Z just could'nt get enough food and i also had gained about 1lb it happened so fast.. for me cheat day is'nt in my option anymore :confused:

yea the scale can be a mental bother ! (really) iam slowly weining my self off the scale and using measuring tape more often .. you can lose inches while the scale stay stuck too , is always good to have that measuring tape handy .. i've losted 3 inches off my belly alone> even tho my weight loss is horribly slow now or even stall
