I forgot to mention.. I exercised for 5hrs or a little over each week. Diet Calories were1,440 per day. Again it took me about 3M/85days to lose 14lbs.

Fish, egg whites, and veggies are very low cal. Fruit is more on the higher end than veggies. if it isn't berries. I don't have meal for you but these are some options.

That's great! the fact that you notice. The weight had creep on. you then took control of your weight. Instead of just brushing it off. You're winner for the loss and maintain congrats :).

Something like what I've been working on. If I'm going over, Make sure it's on food and not snacks. There's a huge difference between both.

It was so easy. To give up just about anything. My list is long like a CVS receipt. Here are a few .. Ice cream, alcohol, sugary drinks, cakes and candy bars.

I might need to do this too. Just maintain, for a longer duration of 1-2month too. Then come back to lose pounds later. Before that, I will ride out this May. Then seek maintenance for a longer term. If nothing budge again. On the 30days I have left. Congrats on reaching your goal : )

Thanks for contributing Sandbox fitness. I've been 141lbs for one month, I'm also 5'6. No matter if my deficit is low or moderate. I haven't lost any pound. However I look different, like more compact. Also my pants size went down by an inch. I workout for 250 minutes most weeks. My goal is 72g protein and 150g carbsβ¦

I brought HCG before. It's a brown consumable liquid. that's supposed to help me lose weight. it didn't help at all. silly of me, when at the time. I only had 15Lbs to lose :0. I never finished the two HCG bottles.

A 8-10 for me. I weigh 141Lbs now. When I was 145,I wore the same size. Just a four Lb difference. I'm also 5'6" by the way.

Great idea, it could keep you going as well. to eventually losing all the weight. as you cycle back and forward.

4Lbs to go, until I am 137lbs. which is the lowest accurate weight. I remember being four years ago. Btw, I am 27lbs down now : D.

I always eat normal foods. after I stop losing weight. the only change I made. is the condiment switch. now instead f low fat or low sugar. my condiments have all sugar and fat. it didn't make a difference. I also eat more junk food. instead of healthy snacks. have to watch it with that one. the weight will come backβ¦

Yes I changed my diet completely. It was unhealthy from the start. Eating junk food all day and drinking sodas. Didn't ever eat real meals. I didn't eat fruit or veggies. Now I do and a lot of them. I also drink water most of the time. I still have my snacks everyday. No where near as I did before. Eating a box of cakes orβ¦

I'm new to maintaining. currently am for a little while. what i'd say is this. eat the same way as done for wl. keep them portions controlled. it's not a free for all. after losing all the weight wanted. since i ate at 1,460 most days before. i got an additional 563 calories. which isn't much from the look of it. just aβ¦

My body don't hurt anymore.. Especially my knees,back,and chest. The weight was making it hard. For me to breathe or even stand for times.

I broke through my plateu by diet break. Two weeks was just enough. To jump start back my wl. The pounds starting coming off so fast. After I stop the diet break.So I had to up my calories. I was eating 1,440 everday. Now I eat 1,522 -1,622 perday.I lost 1.4 pounds the first week. Then the second was 1.6.. Too fast for me.β¦

I air fry most foods. that i usually would fry. no oil added in the air fryer.
