me too.. I went from 152 with a heavy period of 6 days to 121 lbs and my periods 4 days at most and very light but I am not too worried about it.. i wish it'd just go away completely :/

this is not a preferable drink but it's low in calories and thats natty daddy :0 it's one of the lowest calorie drinks i've found and been drinking but 1 oz is only 8-15 calories cant beat that??.. but then again the taste .. ??

For me the lower body fat or weight the more reduced that belly area is ofc I kno it wont be flat ever but accept that .. even still when I plank / push up I have still that everlasting roll but I know better to think better and improve ..

As of now I eat at maintenance 2 days of the week and the other 5 I make the deficit so kinda having a little break everyweek. . that is how i get most my protien .. seafood can offer more protien with more food.. just make sure .the ones that need cooking are well cooked and if your saving the seafood in the fridge like a seafood salad dont have it for more than couple days to be safe.. i think the fried 1's can go 1 day extra_*

and the way i handled my down size _ i use to wear a size 13* what i did is either threw away them big stretched out clothes because some were in really bad conditon .. the one's that were in good conditon i give away to family or donate them.. i have no reason to keep my big clothes a waste of space and iam not ever going…

iam very comfortable about telling people my weight .. i never had a problem with that.. the only thing i dont like is how they approach me before asking.. :0 by saying woo you look like you losted weight out loud* or you look skinny .. and they go on to ask how much I weight now,,,

For me i threw in the towel temporarily because mentally couldn't hold a deficit any longer .. and went straight to maintaining for 3 months (i think i got tierd of being in a deficit) i wanted that extra food more than weightloss at the time_ also i was comfortable at thee weight i was at the time.

what she said _ and if you cannot look up the calorie count for the food maybe you can eat 1/2 of the fast food meal and save the other half for the next day as well

i have done that too.. but i lose weight very slowly eating 1700 with only a deficit of 80 on non workout days and on workout days 200 deficit of 1160 per week about 1.2 or 1.3 lbs permonth moving like a snail lol iam much lighter than you also and my tee is 1780-1925 so very slow..

i had that moment about 5 days ago my kids bringed cakes home from school and i ate like half of them adding up too 3000 calories because cakes and doughnuts are my weakness but eating that much cakes 8x was out of the ordinary for me.. idk what was wrong with me but i just would'nt stop eating them...
