I'm 5'5 and my goal is set to 1272. I go over sometimes, and I eat if I'm hungry (though I try not to snack mindlessly) and always stay under 1500. I maybe go up to 1800 on days when I want a dessert, or some drinks, etc. I do not eat back exercise calories and don't even log exercise.

This is really rare for me, too. And I know it isn't the healthiest option for sure!
