About every other day or so....If I indulge in some raisin bran, it'll be every day, sometimes twice a day. Funny enough, I eat quite a bit of fiber daily (at least I thought I did). Lol

Funny you ask this cuz I just finished doing Week 5, day 2 of Couch to 5K and I went commando. It was sooooooo comfortable!

I'm 6' and currently 220 lbs. My BMI is 29.8 and my body fat is about 40%. I wear a size 16 in pants and dresses and a large in shirts. I've been as small as a size 9/10 and as large as an 18. But I've been a 16 for a while. I've never been smaller than a size 9 though (at least not since I was 16 and I'm 30 now...)

My food diary is public. It helps me remain accountable and even if I have a bad day, the support of my MFP friends keeps me going. It also helps if I need advice on what to eat or how to change what I eat.

For me water does 2 things - keeps me full and helps reduce bloating...keeping me full means I eat and snack less and reducing bloating means I get a better idea of my weight and don't get discouraged by water weight. That's all it is for me.

Don't sleep on corn tortillas! They aren't anywhere as large as flour tortillas but they taste way better, are cheaper and a lot healthier!

I use Promasil. It's filling, tastes really good and doesn't leave an icky aftertaste like other protein powders that I've used in the past. It's available at GNC and runs about $45. I'd recommend it!

That is exactly how WW is. I just got off WW and whenever I worked out, I earned points that allowed me to eat more if I wanted to...let's just say that never worked for me...
