You should check out Clean Eating Magazine. I have a subscription through Newsstand on my iPad and I love the recipes. They're super easy and super healthy :)

Between now and December I'd like to - lose 15 lbs, - finish and maintain a C25k/running schedule, - successfully finish The Color Run in Nashville on October 21.

I'm in! Currently, I'm 213 lbs and in 3 months, I'd like to be 200 lbs. I also have a goal to finish the Color Run on 10/21 either by walking or running (as long as I finish). And I'm committing to a clean eating lifestyle (at least 80% clean) from today onwards! :)

To all who are saying that this isn't healthy, watch the movie then make a judgement. The juice fast isn't meant to continue forever. It's to reboot your system. Once you do the fast for a week, 2 weeks, a month or whatever works for you, you reintroduce solid food into your diet but you DON'T go back to your old eating…

I did body attack for the first time today and according to my HRM, burned about 1000 calories. It was intense but I loved it! I will definitely be doing it again. On Monday, I'm doing Body Pump for the second time. The first time, I couldn't make it through the entire class and any did 30 minutes. I'm hoping to do better…

WW worked for me before the plan was changed to make most fruits and veggies 0 points. I lost about 30 lbs the first go around. Then I quit because I plateaued.
