  • Haha I'm the same way. I'd say just go and enjoy yourself, but maybe try to seek out healthier options? Like veggies over cookies, or whatever they're serving at your event. Also, I find that if I try to play hostess a little bit, I tend to worry more about helping everyone else get what they need and not eating as much…
  • Soup always does it for me! I gain a few pounds for a couple of days after eating soup... but because I know that's the reason behind the gain, I keep eating it. Also, oddly enough, mashed potatoes do it to me!
  • You can do it!! My fiance refuses to eat healthy as well, so it does complicate things. It's helped me knowing that every thing I eat or do gets recorded here. Good luck to you!
