Awesome! By skinny fat I mean looking at me, I'm petite and curvy. People don't view me as "fat" per say, however, I have a very high BMI that puts me into the obese category. My body is very deceiving because I'm so petite. but it's still dangerous for me to be carrying this extra weight and have the BMI that I do.

Thanks for all the advice! Luckily, I have 15 days or so to take them back if I don't like them. I might try another mile tomorrow and see how that goes. And I'll wear higher socks to see if it prevents whats happening. I like the shoes, they are comfortable. But not worth it if I'm constantly getting my skin rubbed off!

My socks didn't come up high enough. So it was rubbing against the back of the shoe. I just haven't bought new shoes in so long that I don't know if thats normal for it to be stiff and if it will break in and loosen up.

hmm I'm definitely going to have to try that! I've had moderate to severe acne ever since I was ten or eleven years old ( I am almost twenty-two now). I've literally tried everything. Yes! Exactly! People forget that you will still need to check on your carbs. I just thought it was a nice way to figure out which foods are better to eat than others.

No clue why she used 7 to multiply with? Maybe its her own method. Also, for those of you who were trying to do this for an apple...I really only use it for things like tortillas, spaghetti noodles, etc. Not for natural foods.
