I like honey bunches of oats. They have different flavors so you don't get bored. I've also had the peach raspberry flavor. Pretty good stuff. 3/4 of a cup 120 calories.

I agree with this 100%. He won't bring stuff home anymore if he see's he's wasting money. My goal is to try to get out of the 150's by the end of the next week. I'm at 151.2 as of this morning. I have not seen the 140's in at least 7 years! I will still have 25lbs i want to lose. I cut up my egg plant into slices and rub a little olive oil on it and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese and put it on the grill. Its so delicious and easy!

Why would you not gain muscle at 1200 calories a day if your working out. Because of my height and weight thats what the program put me at in able to lose weight. I have a home gym and a treadmill and i would think working out on those would increase muscle as long as i sustain the calories required.
