Physical labor at work
Does the physical labor at work and all the walking i do count in my calories i burn? I work in a school kitchen and i'm on my feet all day and i do alot of walking through out the day. its constant movement all day. Should i get a pedometer to track those steps?

Scale not moving
I seem to be stuck at 8 lbs. I'm at a 1200 calorie diet and i never go over and with my exercise i'm sometimes under. After exercising i try to eat all my calories but sometimes its hard. Especially when i exercise more towards the evening and burn 300 calories. Any advice someone can give me? Would greatly appreciate it!…

I was wondering if anyone knows good how to get good abs on a home gym. I do the abdominal crunches but i'm feeling its not enough. I may be being impatient :) But is there any other strength training on the home gym that will tone the abs?
