Does the physical labor at work and all the walking i do count in my calories i burn? I work in a school kitchen and i'm on my feet all day and i do alot of walking through out the day. its constant movement all day. Should i get a pedometer to track those steps?

You include that in the type of lifestyle activity you put into your profile that helps decide your base calories.0

I think the calories you burn "on your feet all day in the kitchen" should be considered a part of your BMR. When you set up your goals, you had to tell MFP how active you were in the course of daily activities. I think your job constitutes a normal daily activity. It's important that that setting be correct, as it is what determines the # of calories MFP tells you to consume.0

Yes, that counts. A lot of people would be glad to get more exercise during the work day.0
