I find it easier not to log my excercise at all on MFP. I keep track of it on my calendar but I find it less confusing as far as calories goes, to not track it on here.

I have them too and they are awful!!! I"m sorry you have to suffer with them. You can take motrin for the pain and either ace bandage ice bags to your shins for 20minutes (each side) or you can massage your shins for 20 minutes with a dixie cup full of ice. I love the energy the group workout area gives me. I like "feeding" off of everyone else's positive energy and I feel better for it. I am just one of those people that won't workout at home. There are always too many other things to do. But if I have to go to the gym, once I get there...there's nothing to do but workout! :)

Yes it's a great feature but I wish our "recipes" would be added to the food database for other to use as well (ie: family members).

I give myself all the reasons why I shouldn't then say to myself, "Self, get off your FAT *kitten* and workout!!!!!". Literally. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome among other disorders and truly have to fight with my body to workout but somehow when I'm finished I feel fantastic and accomplished!
