I log everything except water. Just for an example, sometimes I drink a 20oz bottle of Lipton Ice Tea Naturals - Lemon Flavor and for the whole bottle (which is actually 2.5 servings!!) it's 130 calories!! Those darn calories sneak up on you! I would recommend you log everything but it's up to you! Good luck! :)

Just a suggestion...I started on the elliptical for 1 minute also and worked up by adding 30seconds each time I worked out. I felt like it wasn't too hard that way and my motto is always "I can do 30seconds of anything"! Before you know it, you'll be able to stay on for a longer time! Good luck!

I always like to reward myself with something I wouldn't normal budget for, like a pedicure or a manicure. Something special that doesn't have to cost a lot of money!

Definitely start slow. Even if you think you can run faster, just jog. The point of the program is to help you gain endurance. You can work on your speed later.

I strength train on my "off" days but I take group fitness classes (sometimes 2-3!) everyday.
