I've only done the It Works wraps. It has a product on it, and you can feel it working. I've never done other body wraps. Do they have product on them?

I just made mine this morning with dried cranberries and cinnamon. Might throw in some almond butter tomorrow. :) I also like fresh fruit on my oatmeal.. strawberries, sliced apples, or bananas. Try to avoid flavored oatmeal. Get the plain kind and add in your own flavors. :)

The American Exercise Association doesn't recommend anything less than 1800 calories a day for men. I say you eat at least 1800. That's still very low for males. 1200 is very low for females too, but it's the least recommended amount for women to eat.
