Natalie: I think 1kg a week is really a lot. But it's up to you and what your body can do! I would aim more for 1 pound per week (or roughly half a kilo) I am at 145.4 this morning!! The lowest I've ever been and down 1 lbs!

well done everyone on the weekend!!! My weekend was good food wise plus I had a 5k race so that went well :) i had a beer and lots of cheddar cheese popcorn after lol but I was still under!!! Not really anymore.... but I do have Crohn's now that you're talking about inflammation........................ dammit. And no popping it doesnt help with the pain at all. It just keeps hurting. Even popping it hurts. I've never had issues with joints before though. I guess I was lucky.

Yay for bumping up the reps on the OHP too!! I'm getting good at this bumping thing. lol goblet squats - 5x8 with 20lbs dumbbell OHP - empty bar 5x7 oh my gawd the last one was hell but i got it!!! I get the exact same feeling in my knee. Even if it pops (it hurts like a mofo..) it will hurt again on the next set and feel like it needs to pop again. It doesnt happen all the time, just sometimes. I'm in for the advice

CoadyMarie: yay for heavy lifting!! Good job on going even though you didnt really want to. My goal for now is 140 (147.2 this morning), though I think I will try to shoot for 135, then do a body recomp for a year or 2 (bulk/cut cycles). I got my work cut out for me!!! Keep lifting heavy and eating lots of good food. Yay!
