Stevia is more highly processed and further from its natural state than table sugar.

I'm pretty sure I've heard on this site that if you eat below 1200 calories, your body will immediately attack your muscle tissue (even before fat, wouldja believe)
-
Yeah, but those folks don't have to worry about eating things they don't eat ...
-
All those things can be incorporated into a healthy diet. I don't understand the question.
-
Uhhhh ... Khakis.

*In order, more googling may be. Yoda's syntactical quirk is predicated on the placement of the object of the predicate at the beginning of the sentence. It is not merely a rearrangement of the words to "sound funny" to your ear. There's rules, pal.

You delete them when I tell you to delete them.

So .. ask a question, reject responses, propose your pet theory that you were hoping someone would agree with, and pretend that stating the obvious is somehow original thought. Well done. Bigger question: Why do you care? Racked up a couple "would not bangs?"

She's no Erin Esurance, but Flo's ok.

Strange post is strange. I'm guessing you posted this in order to be controversial, and then the horde failed to deliver, and were nothing but polite. Since you had a stockpile of "OMG EVERYONE IS SO MEAN" replies all thought up, you figured you would use them out of context, in a polite thread, just to confuse us.
-
Ahh. So you *are* just looking for people to agree with you. And, if you consider "have you double checked your data and results?" as "getting annhilated" you're going to HATE the forums here. Please link me to the inevitable "mean people" thread you'll create.

Nah. Maybe someday when I join a high-risk group.

So your arguing that HFCS is healthy, pumpkin?
-
For those foods you want to quit cold turkey, try telling yourself "I don't eat that" rather than "I can't eat that". There is evidence that people who say "I can't eat that" are more likely to eat that ... forbes.com/sites/heidigranthalvorson/2013/03/14/the-amazing-power-of-i-dont-vs-i-cant/

Actually the body's not even designed to eat every day. Constantly fed (6 small meals a day) is very unnatural.
-
So HFCS is healthy?

Yes. Absolutely. The main sugar in fruit is fructose, which is the same sugar as high fructose cornsyrup. Fruit actualy contains MORE fructose than high fructose corn syrup. It has been well-documented that fructose causes: diabetes, metabolic syndrome, damage tot he immune system, imflammation, and a host of other…

question: Hypothetically, would you be the husband or the girlfriend trying to get the internet to tell you it's ok to treat the (hypothetical of course) wife worse than you would a roommate?
-
Do they send you the $26 with the bars, or does it arrive separately?
-
People are meat and bones. And can be food.

-
I bet that goes over well. So you approve/dictate who your son can *talk* to, not just date? Do you need a pilot's license to be a helicopter parent?
-
Well first, you have to find their center of gravity ..

1. So be that dedicated instead of being jealous? 2. No, you used them as an excuse to trash your own body. 3. It doesn't have to. Low cal is not inherently healthy. 4. I know it's hyperbole, but c'mon. It's not even all that much restraint. 5. Nacho cheese can be part of a healthy lifestyle. ****, nacho cheese doritos…

I think the elevator doors were preventing him from walking away. If she's yielding the weapon, there's no need to hit her ... What if they both like it rough and that was just foreplay?
-
I think it would be selfish *not* to do this ...

True when you're in shape. Not true when you're fat.
-
I'm not completely sure, but I'm pretty sure that "eating 30 bananas a day" is actually a euphemism.

This one intrigued me as well. 1. No strength training. 2. No more bones showing through 3. No weight gain. It's almost certain that she has gained fat and let some muscle atrophy. Congratulations on achieving your goals OP. Job well done.
