I do 8/16 IF. It's awesome too. Sometimes it's hard to make sure I have breakfast as soon as I get up AND have that snack right before bed, but I make it work.

Is it ok to just drink coffee, then eat a couple chunks of butter later? I find that munching on butter all morning seems to do a pretty good job of keeping me feeling full...
