After workout

Hi!
What do you take after workout? Eat some thing, or drink something and do you take some thing different depending on the workout you do?

    I have a light breakfast of 100g of yoghurt or cottage cheese and a little fruit, and then after the gym I have a couple boiled eggs or a protein bar and a bunch of water, then try to last till lunch. Usually pretty hungry by noon though.

    No, nothing special, even if I do a (rare) long, intense cardio session. Just ice water is all I need. Working out kills my appetite so I don't eat until a couple hours later.
