I tried them once, never again, it made my kidneys hurt so bad... I don't think its healthy for you... just drinks lots of water to flush it out your tissues!

Watch your sodium... that's my problem, if I go over, I swell up! So lower your salf intake and drink lots of water. :smile:

Once I started to add friends for encourangement I've been addicted too! I'm at a desk, at work, all day and can have the use of the internet so I am always checking in on whats new! Didn't realize before how much better it is having friends on this site! Much better than my old addiction, FB!

After every work out at the gym I use the sauna for at least 10 min. Feels so goood!

Not fitting into my clothes anymore, having to buy larger sizes, tired of feeling bloated/fat with no energy, got out of breath easy, stopped feeling sexy for myself and boyfriend. Did not like the look in the mirror.

Thank God it will be easier this year! We are going over to one of our friends house and she is a vegetarian and they always have some yummy healthy snacks! hummus, veggies, veggie burgers, tofu dogs, grilled corn, salsa, etc. I'm not a big alcohol drinker, but I will still have to watch my calories with a drink or 2. Thanks everyone for the responses! I will look into my salt intake, make sure I drink more water and start watching my fat intake also.... Start bringing lunches to work more often, and cut back on soda even more so! I've changed a few things on my profile so I can track my intake better. If you want to add me as a friend…
