Sorry to say it is your ears. Only one of my buds falls out, always the same one. Years ago I saw buds that were like foam. You scrunch them up and put them in and they expand to fill the cavity and hold on. They were expensive though ($200+ AUD).

DO NOT GET POLAR. They use an old technology for transmitting between the watch and strap. The newest (most up to date standard) use the +ANT technology. I also have a sedatary job, sitting in front of a computer all day. If I do not think about it I could be sitting for 12 hours every day !! With the FitBit I have been more focused on taking steps, I can usually rack up 1000 steps while waiting for the bus in the morning. I try to have 2000 steps before I get on the bus.…

Got hit with the gastric bug yesterday, tried to stick with black tea and sugar and toast. You just have to forget about cal intake until you can intake. What I would like to know (sorry for being graphic) is if you eat something and it comes back up how do you count those calories ???

I agree that 7-8 is the "normal" amount of sleep people should get. I have also heard that too much sleep can be bad for you (but I think that was more than 10 hours) Personally I am lucky to get 6 (normally 5 - 5.5) .... terrible I know.

Every now and then I loos track of the cals I eat in a day. I try to log what I can but in a very relaxed way, just not too fussed if I miss any. This should help me through the silly season !! if did help while I was on holidays recently.

Well they do taste good, with milk it is like a milkshake. Watch the calories though. Some come high in Carbs to gain weight, low or effectively no carbs are better for feeding muscles (IMHO). Friend me if you want to see what brands I take and I can give you the reasons behind them.

The say not eating before bed is a myth. However there are foods better to not have before bed. Not that I remember all the reasons but here are the foods I remember Pasta Pizza chilli chocolate (sorry its a caffeine thing) Chinese (because of the MSG)
