  • Yes, celery is the only one I have heard of. Basically it is water and some green fiber that is not able to be absorbed (hence effectively 0 cals) take that away from your body processing it and you get a negative cal food.

  • sorry to hijack on this but it may be relevant. If you are weight training remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you will increase weight. What you need to monitor is % body fat to see if you are making progress.

  • Hi there, a long time ago I tried Camomile and Honey (no need to add anything) and while I loved the taste I had issues with the smell. Suppose to be great for colds if I remember correctly. Now however I have a normal twinings with a dash of milk after dinner.
  • I count everything for the day starting when I wake up to when I go to sleep. My day finishes at 01:00 - 02:00 so I have to remember to put this in the previous day. It really does not matter, just be consistent.
  • RE: My last post. If you are hitting the gym to lift weights do not plan on losing weight. Muscle > Fat and if you are working out hard and losing weight you will end up collapsing like I did. You should see your Fat levels drop (if you can measure them) just steer clear of carbs and you should be pleased with the results.
