  • Congrats on your loss your doing a great job! I just started about a month ago. I took a picture of my 1st day working out & another picture this weekend. I noticed a difference in the 2 pics. Overall I've lost 12lbs & about 7 inches. Noticing a change makes me excited to continue & reach my goal weight :)
  • I did the challenge yesterday & it was not as easy as I thought. When I started I thought I could finish in about 15-20 minutes but after about 5 sets I stopped for a 30 second water break after each set lol. It was definitely a challenge but I got it done! I also worked up a really good sweat and burned over 700 calories!…
  • I would love to do burpees but I have RA in my wrist & hands which limits my range of motion in my wrist so I can't do any exercise that requires putting pressure on my wrist. :(
  • I take Les Mills Combat @ the gym & I love it. I take it 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule, the morning classes and afternoon classes are different so I try to mix them up.
  • I usually put it up in an afro puff while I'm working out or in a couple of chunky twist. I take them down after I shower & use ecostyle olive oil gel to style it.
  • Mon, Wed, & Fri I'm at the gym by 5 am I workout until 6:30 (bodycombat & kettlebell) I usually don't eat anything before.
  • Not sure why the picture didn't format correctly I'll try to post it again. If the full image doesn't come up again it's 1,663 calories burned in 1 hour & 24 minutes.
  • I just started working out every Mon, Wed, & Fri morning @ 5 AM I take 2 classes Body Combat & Kettle Bell. I like doing my cardio before work. I do weigh training on Tues & Thurs after work. this seems to work for me. I posted a picture of the calories burned this morning after doing the 2 classes :)
