I think this was actually brought up before (i don't think i'm making this up lol)...The strength training info is more for you to keep track of reps and weight...you can put it in cardio too for your calorie burn...hope this helps!!! Happy Monday :)

I would definitely add more veggies...more cardio :) But like the others, don't bother too much with the scale. How are your clothes fitting? Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're gaining lean muscle that's a good thing. Can you find a workout buddy? Maybe they can push you just a little more and farther? Just…
