Thank you all for the kind comments :) as for working out I started small at first just 10 minute of cadio every other day! Then 20 then 30 then everyday.... Now to maintain I work out 30 minutes every other day a mix of cardio strength and ab work; )

It took me about 7 months to go from 189 pounds to 156 now. For the past 6 months I've been maintaining and trying to build muscle. Thanks every one for your support! BTW I am 5'9

Thanks! Yeah that dress is really great, it's lace and it has beading all over it. Actually it's more of a dark green than black in the right lighting^^

Nope you're not selfish! you need to focus on yourself! if your familly is holding you back you can't just stay behind with them! As others have said, they are adults, they can go if they want! you should just focus on yourself. if they tell you they don't like your attitude you can just explain the way you did on this…
