Try Luigi's Italian Ice. So good. The sugar free kind tastes exactly the same as the original and only has 60 calories per serving. Perfect substitute for ice cream, in my opinion. Tastes like the frozen lemonade they sell at ball parks or fairs. Really really good.

Yes you have to remember you don't gain weight that fast, so it isn't realistic to think you will lose it that fast. Just eat healthier and exercise more, and do it forever!! The results will start to show... just takes time. Anything that's worth something is never easy.

Do you go to the Dr for any reason? Or do you go there just to be weighed. I am looking for places that will let me drop in and get an accurate weight taken. My scale is usually off by 1 lb either way and so I get confused.

I don't see anything wrong with them, except that you don't get much bang for your calorie buck. You could pick other things for the same calories and it is more quantity and you will feel fuller for longer.
