Ok, I don't work I am a stay at home mom of two babies. I put myself as Sedentary also because I figure that was best. So should I log my house work then? Also, should a stay at home mom be considered sedentary? I rest often, but I'm also busy from 6 am to 10 pm doing house work and chasing after my two babies.

SO true. Just make yourself do it, just like making yourself exercise or eat right. Just force yourself to do it, and after a while its easy. Plus it honestly does make you feel better. After 30 days of doing it, I don't feel as good without my water.

I'm not big on the 32 oz bottles... I love the 16 oz bottles of spring water. SO good. Plus, they aren't too big, so you can force yourself to drink one fairly quickly and get it "outta the way" so to speak. Then if you can do that just 4 more times or so, you've got your daily intake goal complete!!

They suggest you drink 8 "cups" of water a day. A cup is only 8 oz. There are usually 16 oz in the avg. bottle of water. So if you drink a bottle of water thats already 2 cups... have you had a baby recently? with both my kids my hair started falling out and thinning around the time they were 3 months old. i took a prenatal vitamin too, still do, but that didn't matter, it still got really thin.

Are you eating your exercise calories back? If you're only getting roughly 1200 daily and then you exercise you need to eat more of the burned calories back to prevent starvation mode from happening. Try these kinds of foods, high in protein: Kashi Go Lean cereal Tuna fish, I LOVE it, it has only 50 calories and 10g of protein. I never feel hungry after eating tuna. Dannon Greek Yogurt. Only 120 calories and a ton of protein
