I am way over 40 also. I lost around 35 lbs on this program. Went off when my husband was seriously ill and put about 15 back on so here I am again. I sure can use all the encouragement there is. I saw today that this is rated as the number one diet program, so I am hoping to be one of those success stories.

Well Sept is here and just three more weeks until my knee replacement. The surgeon tells me that it can take up to a year for me to really feel totally back to normal. I guess it depends on how well I stick to the therapy. Thanks goodness we have a chair lift in the house so I do not need to worry about getting up and down…

I eat them regularly. They are only 90 calories and I do find that when I get some hungry pangs, these work great and will hold me over until my next meal. I just love them.

I do it 3 times a week, first thing in the morning. I find that if I have consumed too much and my weight has gone up a little I can cut back the next day.

I would like in if it is not too late.

Welcome to the group. You will love this program. No pressure and lots of support.

You will find alot of help and support here. Just take one day at a time and do not think of this as a diet. Small changes in your eating habits can make a big difference. If you feel like you need help, just ask for it. There are alot of people on this site that will keep yiou motivated. Do not set your goals high as you…

I am 5'1" and trying real hard to lose weight. It is alot harder once you get older but I have also joined a fitness group for seniors and doing cardio 3 times a week. Hope this will help.
