I have thinning hair from thyroid issues and just found this product by Rusk called Thick. You spray it all over your hair after shampoo/conditioning and style as normal. I have long hair and actually had to reduce the amount I was using b/c it made my hair seem too thick. Maybe that will help along with what you already…

My heart failure is from chemo also. My first episode of chf happened 2 years after I was done with chemo. I really feel like a cardiologist should be involved in cancer patients care. My lowest E/F was 15% and is now 31%. Being diligent with meds, excercise, sodium intake, fluid intake, stress management, and rest I think…

I hope they find answers and a diagnosis for your husband soon!

As I said, I'm not a doctor...just sharing what I've learned. And, nope, not "doctor shopping". Just sick of being told nothing is wrong with my child when obviously there is. As also stated, we are going to an endocrinologist who specializes in this field and I am very satisfied with her opinions. It was a journey to get…

You look great! And thanks for the advice! My friend had just told me about the same things yesterday concerning MFP. I'm a shorty, too, and am really motivated now!

That's awesome! Keep it up!

Reading all the comments, I realized how resilient we all are. To go through such a scare but just keep going is amazing. I met a man who is a patient at the hospital I work for who is awaiting a heart transplant and has the LVAD right now. He has become my inspiration b/c he keeps going and does the things he loves like…

Thank you. I've certainly found out how strong I really am through all of this. I guess that is what keeps me going and motivates me every day. Good luck with your journey as well!

Wow! That is amazing! My ef has been as low as 15% but usually around 20-25%. My last echo 6 months ago was 30% but I was told not to get excited b/c it will never reach normal range. I'm hoping to prove them wrong and hope that upping my exercise and lowering my weight will help. I'm one of those people that if you tell…

I've had issues with shoes for a while and have tried many different brands. Asiac gels that I just bought from Athleta.com are amazing! They are light and airy and I literally feel like I am walking on a cloud. No more foot pain, no leg pain. I have issues with my left instep from an injury and these shoes don't bother me…

Omgosh, that is awesome! How inspirational are you! Seeing others losing and reaching their goals makes me just as happy as if it were myself. Keep it up! You look FANTABULOUS!

I just joined recently... 5'2.5" and 206. I was 250 five years ago and my goal is 150lbs right now. I'll re-evaluate once I reach that goal. Looking for all the support I can find and my friends and family say I'm a great motivater, too!
