Wait!!! First... ::breathe:: Now you have come so far by just joining the group, learning how to use the logs, planning some workouts, getting yourself into the healthy mode...and you've made friends. So take it one bite at a time... ...and remember we are a weird bunch, but always here for you! You can do it!

EYEROLL!!! OH LORDY!!! I had a friend who did this all the time. I gave her kind words, reminded her that she isn't fat and looked good...she would say yes she was fat...then she said I wasn't fat (even though I was 40 pounds heavier??? I don't $%@#$% get that! LOL)...This went on and on and on and on with years passing…

You can't eat during day time? Or is this a limited eating time? I know I have heard about this, but I'm ignorant. :embarassed:

Here is a note of motivation which I also keep handy from: Lavendersunday Tue 08/05/08 07:25 AM "Do not expect to live from the perspective of deprivation and be successful. All you need to do is think about what you Can have, should have, and will have to eat that you enjoy. Dispose of ALL distracting food, plan for…

Along the way I have put in my blog things which keep me motivated be it from me or others. Here is something which has helped me stay on track which I wrote earlier this year. Controlling Naughty Foods A friend and I were talking about weight loss a while back. We both came to the strangest agreement about our favorite…

YUM! I love going to Pulix to pick up their salads when life gets too busy. There is a GREAT dressing you can add if you ever need to this salad. It is made by Wishbone and is a Raspberry Vinegar Spray dressing. It has 10 calories, 1 fat, and 1 carb. YUM! It has saved my salad eating. I love this stuff so much, I just had…

Sooooooooooo...Make sure everything you are cooking can have the sauce on it, cook it in moderation, log it, work it out if you go over, drink water, and be thankful you aren't craving something fried! YOU CAN DO IT! :drinker: Maybe this has something to do with all the recipes you posted today.
-
Oh!!! These are great to keep around too if you HAVE to have one. They come in a variety of flavors, dark chocolate, light chocolate, raspberry chocolate, mint chocolate...YUM! But there is a drawback if you eat more than four or so... :blushing:
-
So go eat a piece of chocolate. When you feel deprived, that isn't going to help you to crave it for days. So instead of eating two, make your goal to eat one. Does this make sense and sound reasonable? Maybe you are low on iron or could it be "that" time of the month for you? Or maybe you just wanted some chocolate!…

Yes...I end up with a headache and the shakes. LOL

OMG I had it for lunch again today but I added another handful of spinach. It was sooooooooooo good! I never eat left overs, so this is something for me to have it again! YUM! I will next time do half the oil to see how that changed the calories and fat. It was soooooooooooooooo good though!
