  • I switched to Romain and Spinach. It lasts a long time. With Romain, if you get the kind that still has some of the base of the plant attached it lasts a lot longer. wide mouth mason jars are great for single serving size.

  • If you are happy with your food. Then work out more. If that doesn't work then your doing it wrong ;)
  • If it's possible, try weighing yourself in the morning before you eat or drink anything. Do it everyday for a week. It should give you a better reading. If you are not losing weight, then it's because you are not logging correctly, or you need to eat fewer calories. Nobody wants to hear it, but it's a fact.

  • Eat more. Exercise more. And DRINK MORE WATER. Could be your retaining water. Drinking more could help with this but hurt nothing at all. Win win

  • Yep. Your net calorie goal is what you'll need to eat to reach your goal. I had the same question when I first started.

  • Keep training and you'll make gains. Sounds like you know what your body needs in terms of nutrition. Don't worry about the body building bros who say that you have to get weak to get thin. Eat a lot and burn it off with cardio, that way your not limiting your protein intake.
