Today was a Push day. A really pathetic Push day. But I did 90 minutes on the bike for 1230 calories. Bench Press Band Fly Band Tricep push downs Push ups Hanging leg raises Squats Shoulder Press I was just not feeling it today. I think I need more sleep.

I've been doing this for the past few months. I didn't know there was a group for it. Although I usually shoot for 1200 kcal a day, roughly 8000 a week. What can I say? I like beer AND not being fat

Today was back and bicep day Dead lifts One arm dumbbell rows Pull ups Curls Band rows I ate a big lunch and a big dinner so I spent 105 minutes on the stationary bike for 1300 calories.

Today was a good day. Went grocery shopping today, so that meant 90 minutes of pushing my kids around in a cart. The longer you go with out junk food the easier it is. Eventually you will find it disgusting, because it is. Also I work out more so I can eat more, which helps a lot, as long as you eat healthy food. Also, bacon.

If I were to only eat 1200 calories I'd never get to eat anything but boiled chicken breast and oatmeal. If I work out and "eat back" the calories I get to eat what I want, hit all my macros and still come in at a 1000 calories a day deficit. And I get to keep all my muscle while losing weight. Should be obvious.....

What is it that you have a problem eating? I don't know if it helps, but I bought an exercise bike so I can easily burn calories at home if I want to eat more. It helps to burn the calories first though I've found for me anyway.

Today Breakfast Hash browns with poached egg Lunch No lunch but protein shakes thorough out the day Dinner Chicken and salad with cashews celery and dried cranberries Snack Beer :) Currently I've hit my protein and fat goals. With 1000 calories left over for a few beers.

I'm pretty low carb. Not that I try hard at it, I just stay away from gluten. Or try to anyway. My sodium is only high if I go out to eat.

Nothing wrong with eating apples. If eating one before every meal keeps you from over eating, then go for it. I've heard of people using water this way too

I bought a fancy new scale. And gained 15 pounds! Haha. Apparently my cheap old scale was off quite a bit. So my weight is 196 currently. Goal weight is 191

I drink at least that much. More when it's hot and I working outside. I weigh 184 currently. Try it and see how you feel.

On work days you can add "cleaning" in the cardio section of your exercise log. Edit: I should have read more closely. I'd start with Mfp numbers, stay really strict with your logging and see if you are losing more or gaining more than you should. Adjust accordingly.

I would call 8-12 reps moderate. Heavy is when you can't preform more than 5 reps correctly.

If you want to train for something you'll need to know what that something is. I'd find out what I was going to be required to do in boot camp. Then train for it.
