I drink about a pot of coffee a day. AND a gallon of water at minimum. So no I don't count my coffee as part of my water intake. I think water intake is honestly up to the individual. If you've tried drinking larger amounts of water in the past and don't see a difference then sure count your coffee or tea as water intake.…

oh yeah and you CAN buy good real pre cooked turkey breast or chicken breast or ham and have the deli slice it for you. Thus solving the problem of convenience vs health. Or just use a good sharp knife and cut it up yourself. :)

The chemicals added to these meats are carcinogens. They cause cancer. And as a bonus, they have tons of salt. :)

Find a body weight exercise regiment if you don't want weights or a gym. Google "scooby pushups"

I know how you feel. I do a ton of cardio, and lift 6 days a week. I eat like 3300+ calories a day to net 2000-2200. The weight lifting is just to keep the muscle I have though while I lose fat. I was wondering about this too. I know it is difficult to measure calories burned while weight lifting, but I must be using energy when I pick up heavy things. I call me daily activity "sedentary" should I bump up my activity level on days I lift?

I've used them quite a bit. My wife and I used to run 3 miles at a time 5-6 days a week. Yeah, I'm not going to give up beer :) I can do without sweets though. I only ate the ice cream because I had to fill up some calories. If you check out my diary you can see that I hit all my goals for the day more or less, and thats counting the beer and ice cream. Thanks for the links. I will check those out this evening.
