Bicycling is a good option to. No needless pounding on the joints and is very low impact but can be high cardio depending on exertion.

I finally succumbed to buying Brooks Ghost 11 running shoes after my Saucony's were starting to bother me. They are the most comfortable , slightly cushioned for my neutral/flat feet and am looking forward to run my long runs in them.

Leaving the heaviest of weights on the barbells after they're done using them. And of course I need to put them away since I want to use the barbell.

When you are on the treadmill, and that one guy keeps coughing/hacking up due to sinus problems. It's pretty friggin' loud even with my headphones on.

48 here. The week has been good so far. I'm eating my 1500 calories and staying within my macros. Exercise has been hardcore (for me) with biking to work, weights, and training for a 15k albeit very slowly. I know I need a rest possibly tomorrow or Friday. We shall see.

I started C25K in 1996 and had no running experience prior, so if it helped me, it will help you. Plus, there are ways to help control your breathing.
