CONGRATULATIONS X Ummmm what was different about my day????............I took the dog for a walk (not that different i know) and dropped her lead in her doodoo when i bent over to pick it up, so had to walk along with poopy on the lead and wash it when i got home :0(

Today's weight 188.4 that's 2.2lb lost I am unable to weigh in next week as no access to scales, so will have to weigh the week after!

Currentl weight 190.6 - loss of 1.4lb this week. At last it is starting to slowly come off once again! :happy:

Keep going love. It is always hard when you have personal problems. For me it makes me want to eat all the wrong stuff, so make sure you use your MFP friends for lots of support. Hope things get better for you soon X

Current Weight this morning 192lb. No change from last week, so I am a little dishartened as i have been working out at the gym and doing classes too :'0(

Do they still do pasta at pizza hut? If so, i think that might be a good choice to go for! Something with a tomato sauce rather than cheese etc! And lots of salad to fill you up X Have fun and good luck X
