Hi everyone my goal is 150 to 160 not sure yet...I am 5'7" Start weight is 186 My weigh in days are Mondays.

I weigh in on Mondays because it helps me to stay healthier on weekends, when I can easily blow all my hard work.....

I have used it , I lost 10lbs in 6 weeks with it.

I would switch it to fiber because if your getting enough fiber it should take care of the sugar from fruit ....your a way better off eating fruit than candy. Way to go! Huge difference between fruit sugar and candy sugar.
