thanks! I guess Ill take a look at turbo jam and turbo fire and see some previews to decide which to buy. In the meantime I have been doing these cardio workouts from youtube 3-6 minute clips but I think I really need a dvd

Thats funny! I have a hard time staying off the scale as well! :) I weigh myself once a day. I do agree with you all though. If you weigh yourself a few times a day you may lose the motivation to stay on a diet and exercise routine. I have felt the feeling before. Thankfully I am still holding strong.

thanks everyone for the welcome! now a couple questions. i am looking for a great way to tighten up my abs fast. I have been using my ab roller but does anyone else have any tips as to what worked well for them? thanks!

totally! I am the same way....I crave exercise like nuts. I was never this way. I feel healthier and more alive.
