  • Protein is always good. Apples can be helpful. The pectin helps with satiety, also the mastication process helps to satisfy. Some like pb with their apples (watch out for that because it is loaded with kcals.) Some try to avoid fruits do to the fructose and their glycemic index, but apples are a good choice, or pears.

  • Egg whites or egg beaters! Whole eggs are good, and cost effective. The Cholesterol in them doesn't hang with you.
