The panic over gluten is the same as the panic over MSG. I've got McDavid's, but I use them as armor against the dl. They are around twenty. They fit snug, but when you are all sweaty, they can be a challenge to remove because of the snug.

I got 275 in September and was pleasantly surprised without really trying and after only 8 weeks of working the barbell again. I'm on a week break from everything - including tracking calories - except Wednesday when I will try this test out.

Sometimes I am not sure if it is the almost reckless eating I can indulge in, or lifting itself, I enjoy more. The food ramp is always loaded, and the volume up to 11 on the food amp because 10 isn't usually enough.
