I really do hate McDonalds. I do however love me some Burger King & Rally's. I drive out of my way to avoid them! :laugh:

You know you had too much fiber when you spend most of the day on the "throne"! I eat a lot of fiber, sometimes as much as 40g.

I love birds, I have 5 bird feeders up on my big patio. I like the humming birds and cardnals the best. And finches too. I hate chipmunks.

I don't smoke, but that is correct, one or two prob won't kill you. That doesn't mean it won't harm you.

I take a multi-vitamin. Lately it's been Vitafusion Men's Gummy. I also take a fish oil supp. and some flax seed when I can.

I am looking for commited friends. If you have a picture, log most days, are really serious about losing weight or getting fit, I can lend some support. It will have to be a two-way street. If you already have more friends than you can help, pass me by. If you are working hard, or are about to, let's help each other.

A very common problem, self included once in awhile. You know what you must do, stick to your plan all weekend. If you do go out, make as good of choices as you can and bump up the exersize.

It's not a question of correct advice. These people, correct or not, go through life trying to prove to anyone that will listen that they are somehow above all others. True greatness doesn't have to be proven.
