I walked for half a mile on Friday and nothing yesterday. I'm afraid that I am struggling a little more than usual with anaemia, my blood count has taken a big drop over the last ten days. I know from experience that my body will adjust over the next few weeks but this stage is tough. I try to avoid having too many blood…

I did not walk on the 12th or 13th, I spent the weekend catching up with friends. Yesterday I walked for 5 miles before breakfast. Today I walked for 2 miles before breakfast and another 4.3 miles this evening. Happy walking everyone :flowerforyou:

Today before breakfast 2 miles This evening 4 miles. I discovered that the beat of Mamma Mia is too fast for me to walk to so I jogged for a little while and then did a little happy dance. Happy walking everyone :flowerforyou:

It's working for me too! To go for it again after already completing 5 miles is awesome.

Another 6.3 today but none before breakfast I'm afraid. My daughter had moved my sun hat and I wont walk without it at this time of the year. It was so pleasant to walk this evening, I listened to the Inside Out Weight Loss podcast by Renee Stephens. Here's to another happy walking day tomorrow :flowerforyou:
