I forgot to add that I use almond milk, cheese is the only dairy product that I consume and I know that I will give that up eventually. Good luck with this, do lots of research and decide what is right for you.

I want to lose a similar amount and am also a vegetarian. My diary is open so please feel free to have a look. I use flax, hemp protein powder, nuts, Quorn and cheese as my main sources of protein. There's quite a lot in some vegetables too.

I am sorry for disappearing last month, I took some time out whilst healing. I haven't stopped walking, just been away from the computer. My target for this month is 100 miles from today. Happy walking everyone <3

I'm sorry that I didn't record for the last two weeks of last month but I did manage to start walking almost as soon as I got out of hospital and am already up to two miles at a time. I'm not allowed to do anything other than walking for another two months so I will aim for 120 miles during September. Happy walking…

I am having surgery tomorrow which should fix the long term anaemia problem that I've been having. I was at a beer festival all day yesterday so I am using my Fitbit mileage which was 3.3 so 37.75/100 so far. I am going to aim for 8 miles today and will report back in later. Happy walking everyone, xxx

A total of 129.5 miles during July. I didn't walk at all for six days in total so I did not achieve my target of 15 minutes a day.

So lovely to be beginning a new month. I haven't added up all of my miles for July yet but I think that it was around 120. This month I will walk at least 100 miles. I started the month with 4.93 Happy walking everyone, new and old :flowerforyou:
